  • A: Unfortunately, we cannot replace just a part of your flashlight. If you’d like to participate in the warranty, the entire flashlight must be returned to us

  • A: Product line improvements are always being made, so we cannot guarantee that we can replace your product with the exact same model. If we don’t have that exact model, we’ll match it as closely as we can with the current product.
