  • Q: How long can Super Heavy Duty batteries last in a device?
  • A: The lifespan of a Super Heavy Duty battery is mainly determined by the rate of power consumption of the device it will be used in. Therefore, it is very important to check the recommended battery type for every device. Super Heavy Duty batteries are only recommended to be used in low-to-medium-drain devices
  • Q: What increases the potential for Super Heavy Duty battery leakage?
  • A: Super Heavy Duty batteries will not leak under normal conditions. However, the potential for leakage will significantly increase if batteries are subject to charging, mixed use of battery types, physical damage and abrupt, deep discharging which happens when 80% of the battery’s maximum capacity has been discharged. A Super Heavy Duty battery that leaked should be handled with care and contact with skin or eyes should be avoided. In the case of skin, eye, oral exposure and/or inhalation of fumes, please consult a physician immediately
  • Q: Can Super Heavy Duty batteries be charged in a battery charger?
  • A: Super Heavy Duty batteries are single use batteries and they should not be recharged. Attempting to charge these batteries may result in battery leakage, fire, or explosion
